These Terms govern your use of dojolm.com (the “Site”), operated by Blackunicorn(“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The DojoLM product is distributed under the MIT License on GitHub. These Terms cover only this marketing Site, not the product itself.
Public Alpha V0.1
The Site announces the Public Alpha V0.1 of DojoLM, releasing in May 2026. Features are subject to change, availability is not guaranteed, and content may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Site and any related services are provided on an “as is” basis during the Alpha.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to submit a waitlist entry or contact request. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach security, bypass rate limits, or attack the Site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content at scale without our written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on the Site.
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material, or to violate another person’s rights.
- Reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source of any non-public part of the Site.
Responsible security research on DojoLM itself is welcomed — see our privacy contact and open a GitHub issue or coordinate a disclosure before public release.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, layout, copy, and branding (“Shu vermillion,” “dojo” metaphor, module codenames, kanji marks), is owned by Blackunicornor its licensors and is protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for personal and non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted by implication.
The DojoLM product code, published on GitHub, is licensed separately under the licence(s) visible in that repository.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites (e.g. GitHub, compliance frameworks). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about DojoLM, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing on the Site is legal, security, or compliance advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackunicorn and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed EUR 100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Blackunicornagainst any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of a third party’s rights.
Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Blackunicorn, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule gives you a different right.
